It started witha bathroom.
How we built the community.
Repeated injuries, physical and mental, kept getting misdiagnosed. Normal channels had no answer for the real cause.
It began with ice baths in a bathroom at home, with two or three people. Friends and family joined every Sunday. One Instagram post brought 12 people to the first workshop. Today a single session has had 700 people.
Then we went deeper. We explored movement and breath, understood the biomechanics of both, and used it to help people become better breathers and better movers.
Today more than 1,000 people have trained with us and more than 5,000 have come through our workshops. We train wherever our people are, and teach the method to other coaches through TTC and courses.
Aditus means approach. We are changing how people approach health.
